A leading medical device company is seeking a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to strategically enhance patient access to innovative products. We are inviting experienced talent for a fixed-term role as Senior Reimbursement Analyst based in Australia. This is an incredible opportunity to be a valued partner to Medtronic’s businesses in the Australia and New Zealand region.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strategic mindset, strong experience in health technology assessments and reimbursement projects in the ANZ region, who enjoys working across a matrixed regional and global organization, navigating change, and recommending solutions to our Operating Unit leadership and commercial teams. You will do varied work with high impact, driving business growth and delivering optimal outcomes for our customers.
The Health Economics, Policy, and Reimbursement (HEPR) function collaborates with governments, payers, providers, and patients as a trusted partner. The HEPR team secures reimbursement, delivers economic value, shapes value-based healthcare policy, and ensures full and appropriate patient access to Medtronic technologies to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
The successful candidate will offer strategic solutions to make Medtronic’s innovative products available to patients. Agility, a can-do attitude, and high collaboration are critical for success in this role.
This is an individual contributor role. You will be based in Sydney and report to the Senior Reimbursement Manager for Australia and New Zealand. This is a part-time (4 days/week), fixed-term contract role for 11 months.
