Job summary

Qualifications

• The Rehab Therapy Tech IV performs highly complex, senior-level rehabilitative therapy work.
• Assists in development, implementation and execution of a planned program of rehabilitation.
• Assists in training new rehabilitation staff and provides guidance to others.

Responsibilities

• Attends work as scheduled and may work shifts including overtime as needed.
• Facilitates therapeutic activities, training, and patient education.
• Maintains and documents patient progress and behavioral observations in progress notes.
• Supports disaster response and COOP activation as required by agency.
