Job summary

UPMC is seeking an experienced rehabilitation administrator to assist the Director, Rehab Services with day-to-day organization and administration of a patient care center, contractual service, or management services as developed by the corporation.

You will provide therapy evaluation and treatment using advanced clinical skills, supervise staff therapists, participate in budget monitoring, and contribute to staff development and interdisciplinary committees.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure in PT/OT/SLP as applicable.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patients to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff therapists.
• Participates in budgeting and program development.
