Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will assist with rehab services under a Physical Therapist's guidance to restore mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

In this role you will participate in patient evaluations, lead individual and group treatments, document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
