Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold an unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state.
- Knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations and guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
- Ability to ensure compliance with applicable practice acts.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and direct occupational therapy services and programs.
- Monitor facility performance indicators and report outcomes.
- Evaluate outcomes and coordinate actions with rehabilitation leadership.
- Develop processes for screening, evaluation, treatment and documentation.
