Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Director of Rehab - FT to join our growing team in SNF and long-term care settings. Lead rehab staff across disciplines, supervise clinical programs, and collaborate with facility leadership to advance quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in the state of practice.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Help develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor policy screening and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff comply with all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals.
