Job summary

C Nuclear Chem-Trend in Howell, MI, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist to support regulatory compliance and SDS authoring for chemical products. The role emphasizes adherence to regional regulations, hazard communication, and transportation requirements, operating on-site in Howell, Michigan.

Ideal candidates will have a Chemistry/Toxicology background with 5+ years of regulatory experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in product regulatory compliance and SDS authoring within the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regional chemical control regulations, hazard communication, dangerous goods classification, transportation regulations, and chemical compatibility.
• Experience with integrated compliance systems such as SAP EHS.
• Ability to obtain DOT, IATA, and IMO transportation certifications.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
