Job summary

SG Americas Securities, LLC seeks a regulated reporting professional to manage daily 15c3-3 calculations, 15c3-1 Net Capital computations, and monthly Focus reporting.

You will collaborate with Front Office on new business, support audits, and enhance controls. Requirements include Series 27 or willingness to obtain, 5-10 years finance experience, and a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years industry experience in regulatory reporting or finance.
• Series 27 registration or willingness to complete within one year.
• Accounting or Finance BA/BS degree; MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily 15c3-3 customer and PAB calculations and review Daily 15c3-1 Net Capital Computation.
• Prepare and present Monthly Focus Report to senior management; assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
