Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in New York seeks a U.S. GAAP accountant to ensure timely and accurate submission of all required U.S. regulatory reports for an FBO. You will review quarterly calls, prepare BEA/FR reports, and respond to regulator inquiries while coordinating with internal audit and Paris. This role requires close collaboration with branches and management.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, with responsibilities across reporting, compliance, and regulatory liaison duties.

Responsibilities

• Detailed review of all quarterly Call Reports before submission to branches and regulators.
• Prepare FR reports FR2900, FR2915, FR2420, FR2644, TIC, FFIEC 019.
• Prepare BEA reports BE-12, BE-15, BE-125, BE-180, BE-185, BE-605.
• Prepare U.S. GAAP adjusting entries for regulatory reports.
• Review regulatory reports with management prior to submission.
• Respond to inquiries from regulators and branches for information.
• Monitor changes in reporting requirements and assess impact.
• Coordinate with internal audit/compliance during examinations.
• Provide regulatory guidance to other Crédit Agricole branches.
• Liaise with regulatory reporting groups to maintain Crédit Agricole presence.
• Knowledge of AXIOM system and mappings.
• Define legal lending limits and monitor Reg K and W ratios.
• Act as liaison between Paris and the Federal Reserve on FRY 7 Q filing.
• Prepare memoranda on regulatory topics for management.
