Job summary

Crédit Agricole Group in New York seeks a U.S. GAAP accountant to ensure timely and accurate submission of all U.S. regulatory reports for an FBO.

You'll review Call Reports, prepare FR reports (FR2900, FR2915, FR2420, FR2644) and BEA BE-12/15/125/180/185/605, plus FRY 7 N/NS, with GAAP adjusting entries as needed. Role involves liaising with regulators, managing inquiries, and coordinating with Paris and the Federal Reserve on FRY 7 Q filings, maintaining regulatory relationships and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Detailed review of all quarterly Call Reports before submission to branches and regulatory agencies, i.e. the FFIEC 002 report.
• Preparation of FR reports: FR2900, FR2915, FR2420, FR2644, all TIC reports, FFIEC 019 Country risk reporting.
• Prepare regulatory reports FRY 7 N, and FR Y 7NS reports.
• BEA BE-12, BE-15, BE-125, BE-180, BE-185, BE-605 reports preparation.
• Prepare U.S. GAAP adjusting entries for the regulatory reports.
• Review regulatory reports prior to submission with management.
• Respond to inquiries from local regulators regarding reported information.
• Coordinate with Paris and Federal Reserve on FRY 7 Q filings.
