Google is seeking a Program Manager within the Regulatory PMO to coordinate complex, multi-office projects across Legal, Policy, and Product teams. You will partner with counsel to manage regulatory inquiries, investigations and risk mitigation while aligning cross-functional stakeholders globally.

In this role, you will oversee schedules, requirements, and risk management, ensuring timely execution across time zones and offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Aufgaben

• Partner with legal counsel, product teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive tasks, share information and implement project management principles upon our largest and most complex matters (including litigation, internal investigations and regulatory requests).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives and knowledge management projects and, where appropriate, help develop and socialize best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and field escalations to stakeholders, and assist with providing internal recommendations.
• Facilitate large, global, cross-functional working groups and influencing a broad range of stakeholders including executives.
• Facilitate critical decision making while managing timelines.
