Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs, Advertising, Promotion & Labeling, based in the United States. This remote role offers leadership across US and global labeling, with West Coast hours preferred and travel about 20%.

You will guide advertising, promotional communications, medical materials, and product labeling from pre-launch planning through commercialization, partnering with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in biopharmaceutical regulatory affairs with at least 6 years in advertising/promotion.
• Expert knowledge of FDA promotional regs, product labeling, MLR, and OPDP interactions.
• Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional and medical review for committees with risk-based guidance.
• Guide promotional strategy across print, digital, social media, and speaker programs.
• Manage health authority interactions with OPDP/APLB as applicable.
• Drive labeling strategy and global labeling implementation.
• Collaborate with Global Regulatory Leads on labeling negotiations.
• Develop global implementation plans for updated labeling across markets.
• Improve review workflows, SOPs, and training to strengthen compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on risks.
