Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, accounting, finance, information systems, public administration, or related field with five years of investigative/regulatory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of investigative principles, evidence gathering techniques, interviews, and report preparation.
• Ability to conduct complex investigations and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct highly complex and sensitive investigations involving gaming laws, licensing, fraud, and integrity concerns.
• Mentor investigators on strategies, evidence collection, and case management.
• Prepare detailed case summaries, investigative reports, and recommendations for enforcement or corrective actions.
• Identify trends and regulatory risks and advise on process improvements and policy changes.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external bodies as needed.
