The role collaborates with Technology, Risk, and Compliance, mentors junior staff, and uses SQL, Excel, and JIRA to develop reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance,Business, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experiencein financialanalysisordata analytics, specializing in the development and delivery of reports.
• Proficient inSQL with the ability to read and writecomplexdata queriesfor report prototyping.
• Strong skillsinExcel and JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to adapt to change and mentor junior staff.
• Experience in agilereportingmethodologiesand project management.
• Comfortable with medium to large datasets and detailed documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges through data-driven solutions.
