Grand Strand Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is recruiting a Manager Regulatory Compliance to oversee and assure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission and other agencies. You will lead readiness activities, coordinate audits, and work with senior leadership on action plans to improve patient care documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and RN license, with CPHQ or CHCQM certifications preferred and 5+ years in nursing or regulatory roles.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license to practice in South Carolina or compact state.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• CPHQ or CHCQM certification preferred.
• 2+ years of acute care clinical experience; 5+ years in nursing or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure organization and department compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, DHEC, and other agencies.
• Develop and monitor regulatory readiness programs and audit tools.
• Coordinate open/closed chart reviews and mock tracer activities.
• Collaborate with leadership on action plans to improve patient care documentation.
• Promote patient safety practices and maintain survey readiness.
