Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory and compliance efforts across multiple products and business functions in a hybrid role (2–3 days on-site weekly). You will manage a team of regulatory professionals, oversee audits and reporting, and advise senior leadership on regulatory requirements and opportunities.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory and compliance efforts across multiple products and business functions. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days on-site each week.

• Lead and develop a team of 10 regulatory professionals

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of regulatory, compliance, or quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in any of the following manufacturing environments: automotive, chemical, pharma, house hold cleaning or food
• 5+ years of experience leading professional teams
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance programs, and audits
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Strong business sense and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
• Ability to travel up to 25%
