Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Regulatory Project Manager to lead regulatory filings, audits, and special projects for ComEd and affiliates. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, accounting, legal, and regulatory affairs to craft filings, testimony, and responses to data requests, while managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial analysis, modeling, and strategic insight to support rate making and revenue requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering.
• Experience typically 7-10 years in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to highest standards of quality and integrity.
• Possess a high degree of complex problem solving with solid financial, mathematical and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated competencies in accountability, collaboration, continuous learning and high performance in ambiguous situations.
• In lieu of degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience.
• Ten or more years of electric utility experience with five or more years experience with regulatory filings.
• Financial modeling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for regulatory filings, audits and/or special projects.
• Perform analyses of regulatory matters; coordinate with finance, accounting, legal and other departments; prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate and provide quality assurance in the preparation or drafting of written testimony, regulatory schedules, audits and post-filing implementation activities.
• Participate in and/or monitor regulatory hearings, proceedings and meetings; analyze impacts and prepare reports to management.
• Promote and maintain regular relationships with state regulatory agency staff pertaining to ratemaking, economics and audit.
