Job summary

Deblock is seeking a senior Regulatory Compliance leader to design and oversee the firm’s compliance framework across EU and global operations. You will shape policies, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate regulatory reporting with the CRCO and senior management.

Your role requires deep knowledge of EU financial crime regimes, the ability to translate complex legal text into actionable workflows for product and engineering teams, and fluency in French and English to support cross-border

Qualifications

Pro regulatory qualification from an internationally recognized body ( ICA/ACAMS ).
Deep knowledge of EU regulatory environment and financial crime regimes.
Ability to translate complex legal text into actionable workflows for product/engineering.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the Compliance Framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls across the entity.
Provide regulatory interpretation and practical guidance to the business on changing requirements.
Support product development to ensure compliance of new/modified offerings and distribution models.
Act as trusted advisor to senior management on regulatory matters and AML/CFT framework.
