Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases North America, based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, is seeking an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs AdPromo to shape advertising and promotional regulatory strategy for marketed products across therapeutic areas.

You will partner with commercial, medical, and legal teams to ensure compliance with FDA and other regulations, lead review of promotional materials, and mentor junior staff while driving cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science (preferred advanced degree).
• 10+ years in pharma with 6+ years in ad/promo review.
• Experience preparing regulatory documentation/submissions to FDA.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and review for promotional materials across therapeutic areas.
• Provide regulatory guidance to commercial, medical, and legal stakeholders.
• Ensure materials comply with FDA advertising/promo regulations and timelines.
• Mentor junior reviewers and cross-functional partners.
