Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist for Animal Health to drive regulatory execution across the U.S. market, coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver compliant outcomes.

The role focuses on lifecycle management, submissions, labeling, reporting, and compliance, with remote work options and potential to expand into broader Animal Health projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or regulatory operations.
• Experience supporting Animal Health, biologics, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, or related regulated products.
• Familiarity with USDA-CVB and/or FDA-CVM preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory lifecycle activities for animal health biologics and pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain regulatory submissions, product registrations, and related lifecycle documentation.
• Support labeling strategy execution, review, and implementation activities.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation, records, and submission tracking.
• Support product stewardship and broader regulatory operations activities.
• Coordinate annual reports, post-approval changes, and ongoing compliance activities.
• Partner cross-functionally to support timely delivery of regulatory milestones.
