Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Utah.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of nurses and cover critical shifts when needed.
• Perform physical examinations and preventative health measures.
• Coordinate clinical activities and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with laws and agency rules.
• Document timely, outcome-based information.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the facility.
• Oversee shift coverage for the assigned building.
• Provide direct nursing care commensurate with education and experience.
• Administer First Aid and CPR.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a licensed professional.
• Develop and maintain professional contacts and networks.
• Make decisions using logic to identify facts and alternatives.
• Maintain composure in stressful situations.
