One Brooklyn Health System Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and policies.

The role includes supervising licensed personnel and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will hold a valid New York State nursing license, BLS certification, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in nursing preferred.
• No experience required, some preferred.
• Ability to utilize BHMC’s electronic record systems and related healthcare software.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient’s immediate and ongoing care needs.
• Develop comprehensive care plans including patient education and discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff as needed.
• Coordinate the overall plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
