Job summary

Facade Today in the Chicago area is seeking a Registered Architect to lead complex projects from schematic design through construction administration. You will collaborate with project management, architects, and consultants, and may oversee a staff of architects and technicians.

The role requires a minimum of eight years’ experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to provide professional consultation on large, complex projects with a hybrid in-office schedule and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience.
• Experience in conceptual designs and construction administration.
• Plan and develop complex projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong coordination with project management, architects, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Participate in conceptual designs and support projects through construction administration.
• Coordinate with Principal and Principal-In-Charge on technical solutions and product strategies.
• Liaise with Project Management, other architects, and consultants.
• Develop and represent a lead technical viewpoint on projects.
• May oversee a staff of architects and technicians.
• Provide professional consultation for planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects.
