Job summary

Transformations Care Network is seeking a Senior Outreach Manager to drive growth, expand referral partnerships, and strengthen market presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development, with Salesforce experience and proven success in establishing strategic partnerships in behavioral health or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, provider relations, healthcare marketing, outreach, sales, or related growth-focused role.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Demonstrated success developing strategic partnerships, driving referral growth, and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, schools, and community stakeholders.
• Execute outreach strategies that drive referral growth and increase market presence.
• Manage enterprise-level and multi-site provider relationships across assigned territories.
• Coach and support Outreach Managers through onboarding, field engagement, and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with market leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, referral opportunities, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Track outreach performance and maintain accurate reporting through Salesforce.
• Lead key market meetings and provide strategic guidance to assigned Outreach Managers.
• Communicate market insights, challenges, and opportunities to organizational leadership.
• Support the implementation of organizational initiatives and growth priorities.

The Senior Outreach Managerplays a critical role in driving growth, expanding referral partnerships, and strengthening market presence across assigned territories. This role is ideal for an experienced business development professional who thrives on building strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing market expansion within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

In addition to managing key referral partnerships and outreach initiatives, the Senior Outreach Manager serves as a mentor and strategic resource to Outreach Managers within their assigned territory. This individual will support onboarding, coaching, and performance development while maintaining responsibility for a portfolio of high-value accounts and multi-site provider relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned markets and territories.

Transformations Care Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
