Amazon.com Services LLC in Kent, WA seeks a senior leader to drive global supply chain initiatives, ensuring safe, high-quality operations and excellent customer experiences across facilities. You will measure performance, provide feedback, and share best practices across shifts and the network.

Collaborating with HR, Finance, Ops Integration and Loss Prevention, you will secure resources for projects and lead Lean improvements, contributing to long-term internal growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of global supply chain/related operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in global supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, distribution or logistics.

Key job responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives meet and exceed business plan.
• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of their facilities.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
• Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
• Works closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, Safety and other leaders) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations experience
• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree
• Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferred
• Experience in a startup environment
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations - Interest in long-term career development

The base salary range for this position is listed below. USA, WA, Kent - 149,600.00 - 202,400.00 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
