Job summary
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to lead the REMI modeling platform, develop regional socioeconomic forecasts, and perform economic impact analyses to inform regional planning and policy decisions. You will translate complex results for technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate with staff and partner governments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Urban/Regional Planning, Public Policy or closely related field.
- 3+ years of experience in economic modeling, forecasting, data analysis, or applied quantitative research.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate, enhance, and run the REMI model to develop regional forecasts.
- Compile and integrate data from federal, state, local, and proprietary sources.
- Translate analytical results into reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop economic impact analyses to inform policy decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align forecasts with planning needs.
