The Opportunity:
The Senior Regional EHS3 Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a Regional EHS strategy across the company’s diverse locations.
This role will ensure the safety and well-being of employees, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability at all regional sites, which may include R&D centers, manufacturing facilities, and distribution operations. The role requires collaboration with regional leaders to promote a strong safety culture, manage risk, and implement innovative programs tailored to the life sciences industry.
This role can be based in Connecticut, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, or Ohio. Travel of up to 30% is expected.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$121,700.00 - $202,800.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
