Qualifications

• Advanced degree required with 5+ years in agronomy or carbon programs.
• Experience with regenerative ag practices and soil health.
• Knowledge of Verra VCS and VVB processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide agronomic support across teams and translate research into program guidelines.
• Lead practice guideline improvements using data, field performance, and modeling.
• Guide GST on data quality and field reporting for carbon outcomes.
• Collaborate with modeling to input field data and refine model outputs.
• Address VVB/Verra findings with technical leadership and justification.
• Present advances in regenerative agriculture to stakeholders and partners.
• Travel ~20–30% for field visits and conferences.
