MB HAYNES Corporation in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems. You will complete work orders with strong problem-solving skills and perform scheduled maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires on-call availability, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Candidates should have 5+ years in the field, a high school diploma, and a cooperative, safety-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience in the commercial/industrial Refrigeration service trade.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school degree a plus but not required.
• Must pass criminal background and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have positive and cooperative attitude and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and troubleshoot refrigeration systems to customer satisfaction.
• Process and complete work orders with strong problem-solving skills and HVAC-R experience.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and suggest/perform system improvements, modifications and repairs.
• Must be able to work on-call when scheduled.
