Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Refrigeration Construction Foreman to lead field operations on supermarket install and remodel projects. You will direct trades, review blueprints, and ensure safety and quality standards on each site.

Responsibilities include scheduling, progress reporting, coordinating with clients and leadership, and mentoring junior crew members. Travel up to 75% is required; OSHA compliance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver’s License.
• 5 years’ relevant experience leading commercial refrigeration installations.
• Experience managing crews and ensuring workplace efficiency.
• Safety leadership and OSHA compliance experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and direct tradesmen on refrigeration installations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
• Develop and adjust work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Interpret blueprints, perform material takeoffs, and procure supplies.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
