Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to join the Red Team, responsible for end-to-end adversary simulations across Salesforce products and enterprise environments. Role involves testing attacker techniques and developing custom tooling within a hybrid work model in SF/Bellevue.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate risk to executives while adhering to OPSEC and engagement rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on red teaming or adversary simulation.
• Experience with exploitation and payload development.
• Knowledge of identity, cloud, and enterprise attack surfaces.
• Ability to document findings for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and run end-to-end red team operations.
• Test across applications, identity, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Lead purple team exercises and collaborate with other teams.
• Explain attack chains and business risk to leadership.
