Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies is seeking a Senior Red Team Software Developer to design and build offensive security capabilities for federal clients. You will work on penetration testing and red team operations, developing tools and exploits for Windows environments and integrating C2 frameworks such as Cobalt Strike.

You must have 10+ years of software/cyber experience, US citizenship, and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years combined education/experience in software/cyber.
• 3+ years of C/C++/C# development for Windows red team ops.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop penetration testing and red team capabilities.
• Develop C2 tools and exploit capabilities for mission-focused outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure aligned long-term capabilities.
