Job summary

Google Cloud's Mandiant team is seeking a Senior Red Team Security Consultant to lead adversarial assessments across networks, web, and mobile environments. You will expand capabilities through tooling, research, and knowledge sharing while collaborating with internal partners and customer teams.

The role requires travel up to 30%, strong English communication, and a background in offensive security. This is a cross-functional, mission-driven position within Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of engagement testing and red teaming across network, web/mobile/cloud, social engineering, scripting or tooling.
• Experience with tools used for wireless, web app, and network security testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform Red and Purple Team assessments, breach readiness reviews, threat analysis, and social engineering assessments.
• Conduct external and internal wireless assessments, web/mobile app testing, and embedded systems assessments.
• Recognize and utilize attacker tools, tactics, and procedures.
