Job summary

Google Cloud's Mandiant division is seeking an Offensive Security Consultant in the United States. You will perform red and purple team assessments, ransomware readiness reviews, threat analysis, and social engineering assessments across on-site and remote engagements.

Candidates have a BS in CS or related field and at least 3 years in pen testing, with experience across networks, web apps, mobile, cloud, scripting, and tool development. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.
• At least 3 years in pen testing and red teaming across networks, web, mobile, cloud, and social engineering.
• Experience with tools used for wireless, web app, and network security testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform red and purple team assessments, breach simulations, and ransomware readiness reviews.
• Conduct external and internal wireless, web and mobile applications testing, and embedded system assessments.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Advise clients on security practices for remediating discovered issues.
