Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to advance client resilience through sophisticated offensive security operations. You will plan, lead, and execute testing across networks, AD, cloud, APIs, and apps, applying an intelligence-led approach and MTIRE ATT&CK alignment.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and communicate findings to both technical and executive audiences within EY’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field with 5+ years offensive security experience.
• Experience planning and executing advanced red team engagements and adversary emulation.
• Experience external/internal network pentesting, AD, cloud, wireless, web, API testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute complex penetration tests and red team engagements across client environments.
• Translate results into actionable risk mitigations and executive-ready findings.
• Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior staff, and develop testing capabilities.
• Collaborate with client teams and EY leadership to prioritise remediation strategies.
