Job summary

B&A is seeking a Red Team Infrastructure - SME to support a federal government mission from its hybrid Washington, DC, site. The role emphasizes hands-on red team operations, AD lab management, and secure infrastructure deployment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years leading red team ops, deep experience with frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Kali), and the CRTO certification within 90 days. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct, hands-on red team and/or government CN E/O operations experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience in red team operations.
• 2+ years using and customizing red team software frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Kali, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and deploy red team infrastructure (e.g., CI/CD tools, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Secure lab infrastructure and AD environments; manage user accounts and OUs.
• Maintain security patches and monitoring across lab environments; manage VPN access.
