Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Engineer, Cyber Security Threat Management, to lead offensive-security campaigns and adversary emulation across cloud, identity, and network environments. You will design stealthy attack paths, develop custom tooling, and mentor team members while shaping enterprise defense strategy.

The role requires deep experience in red teaming, strong communications for executive audiences, and advanced certifications to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in offensive security, focusing on red teaming within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead red team engagements and communicate findings to technical and executive audiences.
• Expertise in adversary tradecraft across the kill chain, with operational MITRE ATT&CK knowledge.
• Skilled in developing offensive tools, payloads, and obfuscation techniques for defeating EDR/XDR.
• Proficiency with C2 frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Mythic, Sliver) and offensive toolsets.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, C#, or Go).
• Deep cloud and identity attack techniques (Azure, Entra ID, AWS) and OS internals.
• Phishing and social engineering expertise; strong reporting skills.
• Advanced offensive certifications such as OSEP, OSCE3, CRTO, CRTL, or GXPN.

Responsibilities

• Lead red team and adversary emulation campaigns from scoping to reporting in line with threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Design and deliver advanced attack paths targeting Azure, AWS, AD, endpoints, and networks under stealth.
• Develop offensive tooling, payloads, and C2 infrastructure to evade detection and improve defenses.
• Conduct phishing, social engineering, and initial-access exercises in hardened environments.
• Act as offensive-security SME for leadership and engineering teams; translate findings into defensive actions.
• Perform purple team exercises to enhance detection coverage and incident response processes.
• Produce high-impact reports and executive briefings with actionable risk insights.
• Mentor junior operators and codify operational methodologies and tooling standards.
• Research emerging threats and evolve techniques to stay ahead of adversaries.
• Promote ethical security practices and compliance within engagement rules.
