Job summary

Immersive is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer - Red Team to design, build and deliver practical content that gamifies offensive security within the Immersive One platform. You will craft labs and ranges, simulate attack paths, and train users to counter the latest threats.

You will continually research current offensive techniques and translate findings into engaging learning experiences. You will work with the Cyber Team Leads and Product team to roll out new content and features, while

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in offensive security as a penetration tester or Offensive Security Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and how it helps enterprises address threats.
• Strong technical understanding of networking, computing and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to use examples and analogies to simplify complex subjects for training real-world users.

Responsibilities

• Utilise knowledge of pen test and red teaming to plan, write and improve offensive security labs, challenges and online learning content on the Immersive One platform.
• Produce multi-format content using various teaching methods: practical exercises, questions and gamification.
• Test Red Team labs and ranges to ensure they function as expected.
• Research vulnerabilities, tools and offensive tactics and compile this research into labs for users.
• Convert technical research into concise content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the Product team on new projects and product innovations.
