Job summary

Trilogy Innovations, a federal systems and software engineering firm, is seeking a Red Hat Senior Consultant to join our OpenShift‑focused consulting practice. You will work on enterprise government environments across the United States, delivering OpenShift, Ansible, Satellite, and RHEL solutions.

This role requires a current security clearance, 5+ years in Red Hat tech, and the ability to design, automate, and secure hybrid and multi‑cloud deployments with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required (US citizenship).
• 5+ years of experience with Red Hat technologies and Linux-based systems.
• Extensive experience with OpenShift, Ansible, Satellite, and RHEL configurations.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud).
• Experience supporting complex government IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to federal clients on Red Hat solutions (OpenShift, Ansible, Satellite, RHEL).
• Design and optimize containerized and virtualized environments using OpenShift and OpenStack.
• Develop automation solutions with Ansible to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with client teams to identify needs and develop Red Hat-based solutions.
• Lead configuration and management of Red Hat systems with security best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to accelerate deployment.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Red Hat products.
• Engage with Red Hat and Trilogy teams to stay updated on features and trends.
