Job summary

Arrowfly is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join HealthLeaders team and recruit senior healthcare executives for HealthLeaders Exchange programs. This remote, high-activity role emphasizes outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and conversion across email, LinkedIn, and calls.

You will build a robust pipeline, conduct initial outreach with senior professionals, schedule meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results and meaningful executive

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in sales, business development, recruiting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute ~500 outbound prospecting touches weekly via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Build and manage a pipeline of senior healthcare executive prospects.
• Target healthcare leaders across finance, nursing, revenue cycle, technology, operations, strategy, and other key executive functions.
• Introduce qualified executives to the HealthLeaders Exchange model and clearly communicate the value of participation.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations with prospective members.
• Generate and schedule introductory meetings for qualified prospects.
• Move prospects through early recruitment funnel stages.
• Maintain consistent follow-up across channels and multiple touches.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, email, and other sales-enablement technologies to organize activity and manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect statuses, notes, next steps, and pipeline information.
• Partner with HealthLeaders Exchange leadership, marketing, audience development, sales, and event teams.
• Track performance against weekly, monthly, and event-specific recruitment goals.
• Analyze prospect engagement and adjust messaging to improve conversion.
• Provide feedback on messaging and market trends from conversations with healthcare executives.
• Represent Arrowfly and HealthLeaders professionally, including travel to Exchange events.
