About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for legal roles (law firm & in-house)
• Build and manage client relationships—grow house accounts and bring in new business
• Own your pipeline with the support of a highly collaborative team
• Partner with experienced leadership and help shape the future direction of the company

Qualifications

• 3- 5+ years of experience in the legal sales industry, recruiting, or both
• Proven success in both business development and candidate placement
• Entrepreneurial spirit—you think like a business owner
• Passionate about building relationships and delivering results
• Motivated and results-driven

Compensation: Base + Full Benefits + Employer-Matching Retirement Plan + Commission + Profit Sharing
