This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant with 2 years or more of recruitment experience, who wants to join a global, high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career. You will have a clear path of progression in this role, either as an individual contributor or to management.

The Role:

This is a full desk role where you will be handling the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. You will have the support and guidance of a successful Technology Recruitment Manager.

Overall you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building
• Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity

What we are looking for:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant with 2 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally with experience in recruiting into technology markets.
