About the Role

Are you an experienced 360 recruitment consultant with a strong track record in the financial services or tech sector? As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in financial services tech roles, you will be responsible for developing new business through proactive sales as well as sourcing and placing candidates across a wide range of positions.

You will work closely with clients, develop new business opportunities, and play an integral role in driving our clients' growing financial services division in Charlotte, N.C.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the financial services or tech sector.
  2. Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development, candidate sourcing, and interview management, to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
  3. Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  4. Take ownership of your desk, achieving individual targets while working collaboratively with the wider team.
  5. Leverage your deep industry knowledge to deliver a high level of service, ensuring clients are matched with the best talent.
Skills & Experience
  1. Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant, within the financial services or tech sector, or a similar area such as legal, professional services.
  2. Strong understanding of the US financial services market, including key players and talent pools.
  3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  4. A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on delivering excellence.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while managing multiple priorities.
