About the Team

The DoorDash Recruiting Team is focused on building DoorDash culture, one quality hire at a time. We\'re seeking a Global Senior Recruiting Manager to lead hiring efforts across our G\&A functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Policy & Communications. As DoorDash expands its global footprint, this role will be critical in developing a cohesive recruiting strategy that supports both mature and emerging markets across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

About the Role

The Global Senior Recruiting Manager – G\&A will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and evolving a high-performing recruiting team supporting core corporate functions that power the business behind the business. This role requires deep expertise in building and executing recruiting strategies for functions that are critical to our operational backbone, along with the ability to operate cross-regionally with fluency and strategic intent.

This role will require you to work out of a U.S. based Eastern Time Zone.

  • Lead DoorDash’s global recruiting strategy for People, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Policy & Communications teams.
  • Develop and scale hiring strategies that align with both immediate business needs and long-term global expansion plans.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting managers, enabling growth, alignment, and operational excellence across geographies.
  • Partner closely with senior G\&A leaders to understand organizational goals and design proactive, scalable talent strategies.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on talent planning, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and share key recruiting metrics, performance indicators, and pipeline health to inform decisions and drive accountability.
  • Champion DoorDash’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices across every stage of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People, Analytics, and Employer Brand, to deliver a seamless and globally consistent candidate experience.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
