Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission; California or New York bar preferred.
• In-house experience in a fast-paced organization is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and advising senior leaders.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, and clear communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage risk.

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior advisor to executives on complex employment matters and workforce initiatives.
• Assess risk, synthesize considerations, and provide practical recommendations.
• Lead development of employment agreements, policies, and operating practices.
• Drive cross-functional employment-law programs, compliance, and policy rollouts.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and drive accountability across teams.
• Manage employment disputes, investigations, and outside counsel.
• Monitor developments in employment law and translate into guidance and training.
• Act as AI-forward partner to leverage AI for legal research, risk spotting, and workflow efficiency.
