Job Responsibilities
- Drive Go-to-Market (GtM) hiring across North America and Costa Rica for various roles including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
- Leverage AI-powered tools and innovative sourcing strategies to enhance the candidate experience
- Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, refining recruitment processes and providing market insights
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for individual contributor and management-level positions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment goals with the employer's broader talent and business strategies
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience recruiting for GtM functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in fast-paced, multi-country environments
- Demonstrated ability to transform recruitment with AI tools and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Advanced skills in optimizing ATS usage and recruitment technologies for maximum efficiency
- Strong commitment to professional development and staying informed on best practices in global talent acquisition
- Deep curiosity and agility to stay updated on industry trends relevant to GtM hiring in both the USA and Costa Rica
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience networking and engaging with local and international talent communities
- Proactivity in market research and attending industry events to attract top GtM talent
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace
