The Role

We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter who gets creative people — someone who can find unique talent, spot a killer portfolio, write a job description that doesn’t sound like a robot wrote it, and build real relationships on both sides of the hiring table. You’ll be sourcing and placing top creative, marketing, and communications talent for awesome brands and agencies across the country (and sometimes beyond).

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Running a 360 recruitment desk including candidate sourcing, account management and business development
  2. Partnering with clients to understand what they really need — not just what’s on the job spec
  3. Sourcing standout talent: comms pros, marketers, designers, writers, brand strategists, content creators — you name it
  4. Reviewing portfolios and resumes with a sharp eye for craft, voice, and vibe
  5. Pitching roles and candidates in a way that actually gets people excited
  6. Guiding candidates through the full process: from the first convo to the final offer
  7. Juggling multiple roles and clients without breaking a sweat
  8. Staying plugged in to trends in design, digital marketing, social, branding, and content

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  1. Have 2–8 years of recruiting experience (bonus points if it’s in the creative space)
  2. Love talking to people and building real connections — not just checking boxes
  3. Can write a killer candidate pitch or client recap (and proofread your own emails)
  4. Know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter
  5. Are cool with working independently but also love bouncing ideas around with the team
  6. Have a good sense of humor and bring positive energy to the table
