Shinola is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for corporate and manufacturing roles. This role requires strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills to attract top talent. The Sr. Recruiter for Filson and Shinola will lead our talent acquisition efforts for corporate and manufacturing roles for both Filson and Shinola and assist with retail roles during peak season. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. This role requires strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work across various time zones and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
