Job description

In our Talent Acquisition organization, your impact will be significant. You will directly support BIG BET 2: Connecting People to Experts (CP2E), one of Intuit’s 5 Big Bets. The goal is to become the AI-driven Expert platform of choice.

The Senior Professional Recruiter will support the rapid growth of our TurboTax Live Expert Network. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Service Delivery leaders, the recruiter will develop strategies to source, attract, manage, and hire a large and diverse community of Tax Experts. You will create a vision, set strategies, and lead initiatives to attract and build relationships with domain experts eager to assist others. This role requires expertise in high-volume recruiting to expand our external network of tax professionals while creating internal mobility pathways to support and promote Intuit’s growth mindset.

Please note that Intuit operates on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office per week.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area, California: $122,500 - $166,000

Southern California: $120,000 - $162,500

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs. To ensure pay equity, Intuit conducts regular reviews across ethnicity and gender categories.

  • Lead offer negotiations and close candidates in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Create exceptional candidate and hiring team experiences.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through strategic project leadership.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team and mentor colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, especially in high-volume or class-based roles, with experience scaling recruitment programs.
  • Experience partnering and consulting with leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to work with Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across various openings.
  • Experience developing scalable hiring solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Flexibility to adapt and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
  • Track record of developing inclusive talent pipelines.
  • Growth mindset with adaptability to changing dynamics.
  • Experience guiding and educating hiring managers on best practices.
