This is a temporary role with potential for full-time conversion, ideal for someone who brings a strategic mindset and a consultative approach to hiring leadership-level talent.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from scoping the role to delivering top candidates and guiding hiring teams through decision-making. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs, build competency models, and manage longer-cycle searches with a high level of candidate care and team coordination.

Please note: Should this role transition to a full-time position, quarterly travel to our Philadelphia HQ may be required. For that reason, we prefer candidates located in PA, Southern NJ, DE, or MD - but all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.

  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting on candidate status, timelines, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including HR and hiring leaders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide a best-in-class experience to candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Stay current on market trends and sourcing tools that support senior-level recruiting.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on corporate or leadership-level roles.
  • Proven ability to consult and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a strategic, solutions-focused way.
  • Experience managing longer-cycle recruiting efforts and nuanced candidate engagement.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and talent market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Lever preferred.
